Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Tickets are subject to availability. Cancellations made before June 30, 2026 are eligible for a refund of the fee paid, less $500. After June 30, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If you are no longer able to attend, you may either apply the amount paid for your ticket as a credit toward a future DOC event (to be used no later than October 31, 2027) or request a one-time transfer of your ticket to another participant. Hotel cancellations made prior to October 1, 2026, are eligible for a refund only if the room can be rebooked; otherwise, all hotel reservations are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a future DOC event.
