We live in interesting times of rapid change and uncertainty, including the worsening climate crisis.
In addition, there is a growing mental health crises among youth, often fueled by eco-anxiety and negative views about humanity’s future. To help counter this, Elissa is leading a California wide class intervention (www.climateresilience.online) for young adults across the University of California, imparting a set of social and personal resilience skills that is otherwise missing from formal education, with remarkable results so far. Come to discuss ideas for youth mental health and eco-resilience.
